Our Policy
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your expected appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. A "no show" or any cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of your total service cost. This will be invoiced and must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
Arriving 15+ minutes late may be considered as a cancellation at your provider’s discretion.
For longer appointments, we may require a credit card on file.
We pay all of our employees a living wage. When there are last-minute cancellations, we often cannot fill them, and this results in a loss of income for us.
